Job Title: Damage Prevention Specialist

Monday through Sunday
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Wage Range: up to $17.00/HR to start, DOE

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Damage Prevention Specialists coordinate locate requests for Idaho’s underground utility services. This process includes answering inbound calls, placing outbound calls, processing requests submitted through an online ticket entry system, and retrieving necessary information from each requestor to accurately complete the locate request.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
SOFTWARE USED:
Exactix Damage Prevention Software, Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, & Outlook, Miscellaneous programs used for specialized processes within the office.
EQUIPMENT USED:
Computer, VOIP Phone System, 10-Key, Voice Recording Equipment, Various Printers, Scanners and Copiers.
